Best dental experience I have ever had and I have had a lot!! The staff got me in for a same day appointment when I was in pain and Dr.Kay is light handed and truly caring. I would recommend anyone that needs dental work to go see her! Thank you all so much!

Everything went fine with the procedure, however, my insurance denied the claim for treatment because Dr. Obernesser’s office lied on the letter they sent to my insurance saying: “the patient refused to have the mass sent to pathology for analysis - against medical dental advisement.” This was NOT the case. The physician explained to me that in his professional opinion the mass was very likely benign and sending it out to a lab for evaluation was NOT his medical advisement if I didn’t want to pay the extra lab fees, though he said it was my choice and if I did decide not to have it analyzed that he would retain the mass if I changed my mind and wanted to send it out later for peace of mind. I just wish they had been honest in the letter they sent to my insurance company, as I ended up with a $500 bill that the insurance company otherwise might have paid.

My 2nd periodontal cleaning with Brenna. My first review was a year ago, and I left a glowing review, as it was well deserved. During my cleaning today, I wondered why she is so uncommonly gentle and good at what she does. In 60+ years of having my teeth cleaned, she is simply the best, in my experience. I thought she would be great at training her technique, helping others to be as good. This may seem like an over-the-top assessment but, in my opinion, a positive contribution to her profession. As a retired professional, using my hands, skills & technique, I always wanted to be the best at what I did. Experience and trying to be open-minded taught me there was always more to learn, especially with refinements in my knowledge and technique. New and even experienced dental hygienists would benefit from Brenna's collective manner of dental cleaning. Thanks Brenna!

Dr Obernesser is the very best dental professional I’ve experienced. He was knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patiently explained procedures. His staff was amazing too. I highly recommend him & his staff for your periodontal needs.

Best periodontist and Brena is the best hygienist, A+. I’m glad I found Dr. O., I chose him over the periodontist recommended by my general dentist because of his expertise and credentials. I’m very impressed with his knowledge and his chair-side manners. He was extremely thorough with his diagnosis, and told me that I have several treatment options, unlike what my general dentist said. My family switched to Dr. O and we now even do our regular cleaning there. Extremely happy with the service and staff, and totally recommend them.

I was blown away at the friendliness of this company. The entire team made me feel welcome. I was self-conscious and nervous when I arrived...after being there NOT EVEN 5 minutes, I was smiling and laughing. Customer service is HUGE to me, which is why the 5 star...BUT quality is also important and Dr. Obernesser did NOT disappoint! I was very impressed by the entire outfit/team at this office. I can't thank you all enough!! PS it's been a few years since I had work done here, and I certainly wasn't anyone "special" or one to stand out. I mention this only because today is my birthday (and me not being special... just their average customer) and I received an e-mail from Dr. Obernesser and his team, wishing me a wonderful day. It means a lot! Thank you!!

I have had two dental implants with Dr. Obernesser. Both went very smoothly and now I cannot even tell which teeth are implants. I enjoyed his chairside manner. Implants are expensive but I would only go to someone with the long experience like Dr. O has, not a general dentist. You don’t want this procedure messed up by someone who doesn’t specialize in it.

Dr. Obernesser was recommended to me and I went to see him...and I just wanted to say that he is the best Dentist I have ever went to. He has a great bedside manner. The procedure I need to get is costly however, as a result of his kindess I don't mind paying. His staff is super great as well..I give him 5 on a scale from 1 to 5. S Owens
